What You'll Do

  • As a Custom IEM Designer at Motivate Ears, you will be responsible for creating custom IEM designs based on client specifications and market trends. You will collaborate with our team to bring unique watch concepts to life, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
    In addition, you will stay updated with industry developments, conduct market research, and contribute to the innovation of new watch design techniques and materials.

Who You Are

  • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for IEM design. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to transform ideas into stunning IEM designs.
  • Prior experience in custom IEM design, proficiency in design software, and a deep understanding of earphone making principles are highly desirable.
