The standard process includes:

1. Selecting your preferred model (via our online store, experience center, authorized dealers, or official distributors)

2. Scheduling ear impression services after order confirmation

3. Confirming ear impressions and custom aesthetic details

4. Handcrafted production and quality control (approximately 6–8 weeks)

5. Completion notification with pickup or worldwide shipping

Upon completion, you will receive a pair of in-ear monitors uniquely crafted for you.

Each pair of custom in-ear monitors is made exclusively for the individual wearer. For this reason, orders cannot be returned or exchanged once confirmed.

Your comfort is our priority. Under normal usage conditions, should you experience fit or sealing issues within 30 days of receiving your product, we offer adjustment services as needed to ensure optimal comfort and performance.

All Motivate Ears products are backed by a 2-year global manufacturer’s warranty, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by misuse. Warranty services are valid exclusively for products purchased through authorized dealers or official distributors.

As CIEMs are individually crafted, finished custom units cannot be auditioned. However, selected experience locations provide demo units to help you understand the sound signature of each model. Please note that final sound performance may vary depending on individual ear anatomy and fit.
